Ive looked through several forums and threads about this and I cannot seem to find a straight answer. On the 2020 and up trucks, is the 12" rear axle that comes in the 3500 diesel SRW trucks the same as the one in the DRW? What is the axle tube diameter on SRW vs DRW? Axle shaft and spline count?

No, same as 2500.   Dual wheel axle is different, needs to be to drive 4 wheels.  Single wheel axle same for 2500 and 3500, springs are different.  Dual wheels have a wider footprint and can tow more weight...

On the 1 ton L5P with SRW and DRW use the 12" axle.  Only difference is DRW will have a different hub assembly on the end to accommodate the duals.

Are they 4" axle tubes or something else?
