Driver door controls not working, 2024 Silverado Custom Trail Boss

I upgraded the factory stereo in my 2024 Silverado Custom Trail Boss and now my driver side door window and door lock panels are not working.  Only the driver side. Using a power meter I checked the block that connects to the door panel and appear to have power there.  Is their a fuse in the door or elsewhere I should be checking?
