2004 Silverado with Bose system. Worked great for years. Took the perfectly good stock radio out and installed an aftermarket screen type with backup camera. Install went good and everything worked for awhile. Then it started cutting out and lots of static, sometimes just quit, then next time you started up it worked fine. Then the backup camera came on while driving so I figured it was the radio malfunctioning. So I put the old radio back in and it started with the static and cutting out. Sometimes I could tap the radio and it would work for awhile then cut out.I thought maybe the Bose connector (blue) might be the problem so I switched to the other connector (gray) but no difference. Does anyone have any idea where to look?
