2019 Silverado AC Not as cold

Can I top off the charge with a can from the store or must I take to dealer to improve the AC? Its not horrible and certainly not damaged but its not as cold as it used to be. 

 Is there something else it could be?

Possibility your cooling stack could be dirty and needs cleaning.

If you try topping it off yourself, verify whether these trucks use an expansion valve or orifice tube. I believe GM typically uses the latter. The process is different for veriftying when the system is charged with the right amount of Freon at the ambient temperature.
