"Base" Tow Mirrors

I know there are a ton of tow mirror discussions but I didn't see anything along these lines.

 

Yesterday, I saw a late model 2500HD with tow mirrors - but they were very basic - no spot lights, no blind spot, no turn signal.  The forward-facing side did have markers and/or signals (couldn't tell).

 

My question is - I have basic mirrors on my RST - no signal, no blind spot, no forward-facing signals - does anyone think these would work without major wiring?  On top of that, anyone have a clue on part numbers for the "base" towing mirrors?
