Do You Need to Relocate Spare Tire w/ Roll Pan?

I am getting ready to add a roll pan to my 2004 short box Silverado.

Will I need to purchase a spare tire relocator or will the roll pan fit

without moving the spare tire?

Even if it would fit without moving the tire, how would you raise and lower it?

You have to get the kit.
