Replaced both front magneride struts with OEM on my 2017 Sierra Denali. Of course I broke one of the connectors. Zip tied it. Getting sporadic "service suspension" message, not every key cycle either. So I thought it was a bad connection from the broken clip. So I cut the clip, and spliced and hardwired.

Still getting the service suspension message. It's usually after about 5 min of driving. Not at initial startup. Do I need any type of reset or trim level relearn?

The only other variable i can think of is i didn't disconnect the ride height sensors when I separated the upper ball joints, so when the suspension went at full droop, could that have messed up something if the ride height sensors moved out of their normal range of travel?
