I see alot of times GM will reply to people who have issues.  Has anyone sent them your info to help and if it does help at your dealership?

I have. While I have no clear evidence that doing so will help, IMO doing so cannot hurt. Be sure to ask that they open a case for you. I do know that, at the least, they can reach out to the dealership on your behalf.

They responded to me on the forum once.  I did as they requested and sent an email.  I never heard from them after that.
