Silvarado Intella-beam not working

I have 2020 LTZ Silverado and with an extended warranty. It has 40,000. My Intella beam works periodically. Taken back to dealership numerus times. Changed out camera and control module. Still same issue.GM is wanting to see if there are any other owners with same issue. What I need help with is there any other owners that have a 2020 LTZ with the same issues. Thanks for any input. GM is saying this is normal.

We have a 20 Acadia. I know different vehicle, but same year. I'm not sure if you are talking about the auto headlight dimming? If you turn on the fog lamps it turns off the auto dim feature. Also if you are traveling slower than 40 mph the lights stay on dim. Not sure if this helps?
