Seeking help from all you pros out there. I have 4 kids, so we need 6 seats in our truck. I really want the 2500 AT4X for the suspension. I see where converting center consoles to jump seats can be done. However, the 2024+ AT4X and Denali have a different dash. Does anyone have insight on if this can be done? I understand this may not be cheap to do, and I’m ok with it not looking factory perfect. Any guidance is appreciated. Worst case scenario, the Chevy 2500 ZR2 looks like it could be converted to a jump seat relatively easily.

thanks for the help!

Leading with a preface.  Sounds like you NEED a Suburban or Yukon XL.  AT4 or Z71.  6 wedged into a crew cab is nowhere near as comfortable as 6 spaced out in a Suburban or Yukon.  Also...do you really NEED the suspension the AT4X/ZR2 has????

That said.  ZR2 will be MUCH easier to pull the console and swap for a center seat but you will lose features like wireless charging.

The other option is go LT or SLE with bench and leather then add the ZR2/AT4X suspension.

Good points. We need the towing capability of the 2500, otherwise I would go the suburban route.
i really like the way to AT4x/zr2 DSSV suspension rides, that’s why I’m looking to go that direction.

having said that, the interior and exterior of the AT4X is much better than the ZR2, which is why I would like to try to make it work.
