Glovebox

I have a clicking sound that appears to be coming form the glove box that is driving me nuts. It seems like the sound goes away when I drive with the glove box open. Does anyone have this annoying problem and does anyone tell me how to take the glove box off. Thanx in advance.

There is no Taking it off. Even after taking the screws out, you will find some pop rivets. Good luck!

If your Yukon is an '03 (and maybe the earlier ones, too), it is amazingly easy to get behind the glove box. Just press in on the box's right side until the stop tab clears. You don't even have to remove the glove box to get behind it.
