Rubbing Sound when turning right under 40mph

My 2020 Silverado has developed this almost rubbing noise when turning right only. Since I'm also a YouTube automotive content creator, I'm going to attach a video that will explain the entire issue, complete with GoPro clips so you can hear it for yourself. Please feel free to share this video with any mechanics you might know or anyone who you think might be able to figure it out.. Thanks in advance for your help! 

 

Wheel bearing and brake pads have been replaced on driver's side.. still there..

I would not ask anyone I know to listen to that video.  The music takes away from anything you are trying to get across, and trying to monetize getting help is...lame.

I'm providing the video for YouTube and people here so I have to explain what the problem is and what I've done to the other audience. As for trying to monetize, I'm already monetized.
