Creaking dash noise

Anyone ever have this issue? It sounds like creaking or almost like a static noise coming from the driver side. I dont think its the speaker, and only seems to be when the truck is under load or after letting off the gas. Video for reference

My truck had a dash creak that drove me nuts. It turned out to be the A pillar trim rubbing against the dash speaker grill. A piece of foam tape between them fixed it.
