Passenger side mirror doesn't open sometimes

I usually fold the mirrors in when I park... Keeps them out of the way...

 

Started having issues a couple years ago, more frequent now...  Especially when it's cold out (cold in this case is like below 50)...  Right side mirror won't open.  Close again and sometimes it will open 2nd try, sometimes 3rd....  

 

If it happened all the time I'd have something I could troubleshoot, but intermittent is much more difficult to track down. 

 

Anybody had issues with this?  Thoughts?

I have the same problem 2019 Silverado LTZ.  Brought it in a few years ago, they said they couldn't find anything wrong.

    Anybody else?

I've had it happen a couple of times, seems intermittent and elusive.

2019 Denali and I have the same problem 3 to 4 times a year.
