So when i bought my truck, I got some nice 20x10 rims paired with 305/55 Nitto ridge grapplers. But these rub a lot, enough that the old owner had to replace the windshield washer reservoir multiple times, as the outside edge or the wheels rub a lot when turning anywhere past halfway. I also have some new torsion keys that came with the truck, I don't know how differently they're indexed, though. Would installing these help get rid of the rubbing issues ? I also plan to try and offset the washer reservoir away from the wheel well.

Its going to rub still I bet.

ReadyLift for example has wheel and tire fitment for a torsion key level.  It will fit a 33" diameter tire (which you have), but not a 305 wide.  Their fitment guide allows for:

33" Maximum tire diameter

33x11.50 for no rub on a 9" wide wheel with +12 offset

20" - 285/60R20
