No F-bdy Bs Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Got this yesterday out of nowhere. Truck is a 25',6.6 gasser with 8k miles. Only semi anomaly is that the truck had been sitting, uncranked for 6 days. Elec Stability Control showed immediately upon cranking, not while driving. No drivability issues, just the message. Battery didn't seem to be weak when cranking over. I drove it, killed it, let it sit a few hrs with no avail. Truck is 100% stock. No damage.
No F-bdy Bs Posted August 18 Author Posted August 18 Apparently, its a Brake Module of some sort, which is backordered with no ETA. Thanks, GM.

They list two EBCM (electronic brake control module) for 2500HD (with or without adaptive cruise) and both show stock. Low stock, but stock none the less.

Service advisor said he'd call me this morning, which I'm 99% sure won't happen. They had the truck 5 days, and I didn't hear a peep. Finally had to call them yesterday. I guess they'd be content to just let the truck sit in perpetuity.
