Torque Spec

I just got new Goodyears mounted on the stock 15x6 rims on the Wells Cargo trailer I inherited from my uncle. The gvwr is 2900lbs if I recall. Any idea what the torque spec for the lugnuts may be? I used my ratchet and got them pretty tight, then the torque wrench to 120ftlbs, and it didn't move at all really. Is 120 good or too much? Thanks as always.

120 ft lbs sounds like alot to me... however I don't have a clue as to what a trailer wheel should be torqued too.

what size is the stud? i would use 100lbs for a 1/2inch or 12mm. 140lbs for 14mm

no clue...I'm guessing I'd figure that by measuring the diameter?
