Talked to Lyndon today

Talked to Lyndon today, told him what I need. Said we tow a 32 ft. race trailer completely loaded every weekend, and it;d be nice to have somewhat firmer shifts, a little higher rev limiter, and basically better performance out of the truck. He said he can set it for a tune that will make towing the trailer a hellofa lot easier, a smoother and more occuring spark, fuel economy when you want it lol, just a basic performance tune for towing and daily driving. Said he has awesome results with trucks like ours. I should have asked him for a discount lol, like how on books u.s is like $15 and Canada is like $18 hehe.

I'm debating now! I'd LOVE for the chip, but I can get new dual exhaust for $250

Like I mentioned before... My buddy had Lyndon do a PCM for his '00 7.4L and the performance difference is night and day!!! He woke up a sleeping giant!!! The gains were much better than I got for my 6.0L, and I'm happy with what I have!!!

Westers is the only performance mod I have on my truck as far as the engine goes and it has given me incredible performance. If you want the most power out of your engine a Westers is the only way to go in my opinion. With the money back gurantee you can't go wrong. I can tell you and exhaust is not going to make the difference a Westers Custom tune can. Give it a try I think you will be surprised....

LOL I know its more power than a new exhaust. I LOOOOOOOVE the sound of the exhaust right now, I just want dual out instead of single, looks lol. But we're prolly going to have the 5th wheel hitch installed this next week or two, my dad'll probably send me down to have it installed. So once we get thr trailer and our old one sells (which we put up for sale a week or so ago, TONS of ppl interested!), so once he has the cash he said he'd look into it and call Lyndon for further info! I don' know Shaners, I think he'll forbid me to drive the truck if the gains are as good as your friends! I'll be doing waaaay to much

I went with the 91 hot tune on my 6.0 and was worried about towing. They said hot tune for performance driving, but i also said i tow once in a while. Well when i got the tune in i tried towing.It pinged at first but after 30 miles or so it stopped and i noticed a difference in power. I have a 24ft transporter and i haul a 78 3/4 ton suburban so total weight is around 11000lb and as long as i use the tow/haul mode i have no problems at all.

If it's a choice between the Westers and exhaust, that's not a choice, get the Westers. It's the one performance item that really works every time. Get it!
