Military Pickups

I saw a '03 or '04 Chev military pickup here in Ontario today. Does anyone have any pics of these? It was a extended or crew cab. I didn't know that the Canadian armed forces had bought any. I hadn't seen any in my travels in the US either.

I'd like to know what GM does to make the engines compatiable with JP8? JP isn't the slipperiest stuff.

I looked up some stat's and JP8 isn't much worse than Canadian Winter Blend Diesel specs.

There were initial concerns about JP8 and high-pressure fuel pump wear, particularly on GM, but you can read a part of this military paper for details of their test results that show no wear and discuss other aspects of using JP8 in place of mil-spec diesel fuel (DF). Essentially, no mod's are necessary.
