Running lamps

The easiest and safest way is to just pull the headlights out so you can directly get to the plastic tab on the inside edge of the turn signal/parking lamp assembly in which the DRL's are integrated.

Headlight removal is very easy as there are 2 bars shaped kind of like Allen wrenches that you just rotate and pull up out of their holes. The entire headlamp assembly can then be removed allowing unrestriced access to the mounting area of the DRL's.Push the tab in on the mount that's closest to the radiator and swing the parking/turn signal assembly out and you're there.

This job is very easy and should take no more than 5 minutes to complete from the time you pop your hood.
