04 tahoe Rear pass. windows

We have just purchased a new 2004 Tahoe. The rear windows only open 1/2 way. Can the rear passenger windows be programmed to open completely ?

It's been that way for many years

used to even be worse on the older style tahoe! like 1/4 of the way down

Suburbans and Yukon XL's do.....look at the door...crew cab's and Avy's too...

Suburbans, XLs and all the trucks have doors without that curve for the wheel well... Windows can go straight down and don't have any clearance issues. If only the window could bend....hmmmm
