Problems viewing websites

What would cause a particular webpage to lock up on my computer.  I'm working on  making a new page through Homestead since Geocities will not allow you post pics on other sides now, but occationally it causes my computer to lock up when I go to their page, and I have to restart it.  It also did the same thing a few days ago but last night it was working fine.  

Could it be a problem on their side?

Roofer, I seen your site was through Homestead.  Have you ever had this problem with them?

95% of the time my system locks up I'm using Netscape.  I don't have the problem with IE.

I'm using IE 5.5

The weird thing is that it does it sometimes but not others.

your symptoms are very similar to mine Tom.  I used to get the dreaded "blue screen" alot also.  I reinstalled windows 98 on top of itself and that has helped quite alot.
