Just wondering what there is to do out there.  Might be taking a trip with my family next summer to visit one of my moms old hs friends

 

I wish she still lived up in michigan much shorter trip

my sister lives up there.  my family stayed up there for 2 weeks.  we went to the north woods (lotta moose) and stayed at Lopstick Lodges (lotta snowmobilers).  WARNING: unless you are fluent in french do NOT venture into the part of canada above NH!  oh, and in that part there is no cable tv.

isn't that in concord?  we were there and there was like 100 bikers at burger king, and like 500 at the holiday inn!

Bike week is in Laconia, which is about 15 mintues north of Concord.(hey! I'm in Concord right now!)

 

The white Mountains are a cool sight, especially the "Old man in the mountain"!!

I'm from Maine and good lord will and the Navy lets me I will be there in about 20 months. Like the sign says when you get off the bridge " Welcome to Maine the way life should be".

You got that right!! I try to spend quite a bit of time up there fishing and camping every spring thru fall. Some day I'll move there so I won't have to travel so far!
