I have a 2 wd Silverado 1500 excab sb. I have been able to find only 6 of the zerks listed in the guide. 1-3 and 9-11. The guide is for a 4x4, am I missing any? How many and where are they located?

You're right. The 2wd Ext cab w/ rack+pinion steering only has 6. Upper and lower ball joints and 1 tie-rod end on each side. There's also one on the drive shaft that could use a squirt or two of grease from time to time.
