Howdy!

I have had the hydraulic ones and I didn't like em. My Burban is big -n- heavy and a stiff 2500 so I wanted a bit o cushion... I switched over to nitro gas from Gabriel and it's much better. Afterwards, I even went so far as to get them for my Dad's Jeep and my wife's Jeep. They are very pleased as well.

Hope that helps. Check eBay!

Gabriel has lots of names for their shocks. What is the market name for the nitro Gabriel?

My Gabriels are called Ultras. I understand there are 1 or 2 better offerings from Gabriel but I got mine for a great deal and I was initially just looking to compare hydr to gas. Now that I've formed my opinion, it'll always be gas!!

See ya,
