in-dash 6 CD changer...has a button that says AUX

What would this AUX be for? I have a button on it that says CD AUX. If a CD is in one of the slots, when it is pushed, it will switch to a CD. Just trying to figure out how to get a MP3 player hooked into it, since carrying 200 CDs on a MP3 portable is much easier than shuffling through 200 CDs.

Not sure if it is doable or not on my 2004 stereo. Hope so.

Looks pretty straight forward on our 00 Yukon, since it doenst have a CD changer, just an AUX button.

Thanks for any advice.

It's supposed be possible...maybe. I've tried with a Soundgate AUXGM but it didn't work. Their tech support seems to think it should work, and everything appears to be functioning, but the radio won't recognize an auxilliary input. I'm still hoping there's a way...love my MP3 player, hate stacks of CD's in the Blazer.

Yes. If you have XM, an aux (External) 6 CD player, or rear Seat Entertainment (either or all), use the PAC Aux GM-12.

If you have none or just one of these, use the PAC Aux GM-24

... JP Customs or ??

PAC Adapters
