Lowering a 1971 C10

My son bought a 1971 short wide and he would like to lower it.It has coil springs on all 4 corners.How have you lowered your 67-72 truck?Thanks for any help!

I would call Summit Racing. they carry a kit from belltech it will include front spindels, coils and shocks. as for the rear it will need coils and and shocks. depending on how low you want to go not all the above items may be needed. the front can be dropped from 1-4 inches the rear 2-5 inches. the drop is rated for trucks with a 350 cdi
