Hi, Im thinking of doing like 2-3 Polk/Momo 10'' speakers for my 94 Z 71 Ext. Cab.

Quiestion is, will they fit under the back seat if I were to remove the tool box?

Two 10" subs will fit just fine under the rear seat in a sealed forward-fire or down-fire box. I don't know about the MOMO subs though. I'm not sure if they're ideal for sealed or ported boxes. If they're ideal for ported applications, then go with something else.
