Ceramic Paint

I just painted my engine block and headers with ceramic paint, the cans you buy at a auto parts store, and was wandering if I should be worried about rust or peeling any time soon?

Did you clean and prep the area first? Before you apply a new finish, you have to do the required cleaning and prep work, if not, the paint will not adhear properly.

I think that stuff is like the caliper paint. That paint works pretty good. I have done 2 vehicles and it has held up great.
