Rancho lift

I know rancho makes a good kit for NBS chevy IFS. Does anyone know if they always have or if their 4" kit has changed in the past 2 years? The reason I am asking is because I found a guy who has the 99-04 rancho 4" kit, 4 RSX9000 shocks, steering stabalizer, and incab remote shock unit for $1100 shipped. He said he bought it for his son a couple years ago and he never put it on. I am sure it is the same kit, but was just curious.
