2wd silverado owners (01-02)

Ok for you 2wd owners do you have coil springs (i know the 99's and 00's had em) or torsion bars (01 +)?  I am just checking for reference.

I have 2001   2wd and it has coil springs

All non-HD 1/2 Ton 2WD have coils. The 1500HD, 2500 and  2500 HD all have torsion bar suspension. All 4WD have torsion bar suspension.

The GMT800’s are actually split up between SUV’s and pickups.  2wd SUV’s like Subs, Tacos, Yukons, Avalanches, and the Cadillac thing all use torsion bars.  All 2wd Silverado’s and Sierra’s except HD’s use coil springs.  All 4wd’s across the board, unfortunately, use torsion bars as well.

Every night I get down on my knees next to my bed and pray for a new Chevy with a solid front axle with manual locking hubs. Oh, don't forget to make that a 2500HD with a D/A.

Now you guys even know my prayers.
