Warning, adding factory trans cooler

The cooler itself was easy, especially since the grill, air intake, and all the plastic parts come off so easily. The short cooling line wasn't too bad. The other line, tho, is a long one, goes from cooler all the way back to the trans. Looks like a real PITA to replace that one, so I am going to splice the new into the old.

Got the kit off eBay, and definitely should have looked at the job before buying it. Looks like an aftermarket would have been a lot easier.

Let me know what you figure out. Mine works very nicely now, but I dont think i want to do that job again. Errr, no, i never want to do that job again. Ever.

Well, after reading that, I am definitely goint to cut the front off the old line, the rear off the new line, and splice it with some 3/8" tranny hose. That leaves only one clip that has to come off.

I thought they all came with them already, no? Pretty sure I have one, I have the little radiator in fronrt of the big one. I do have the tow package though, so that could be why it's there.
