avalanche body mods

picking up my avalanche tomorrow. grey plastic cladding has gotta go.

can it be painted or am i asking for trouble?

does any one offer after market panels for the av?

or do i just put on suburban sheet metal?

This topic has been brought up before. There are some who think it can be painted and some that think it can't or shouldn't be painted.

 

There are pictures on the web where the cladding has been painted and it looks great. I'd suggest checking with a good body man/shop.

I had thought about painting just the Avalanche lettering on the cladding to match the body panels. I think this would look good. Cool or not?

 

If someone can do photoshop this would be good to see done.
