Aux Fuel Tank

I have a 2004 2500 GMC Crew Cab STL 4x4 short bed Quadrasteer. Is there

an under-body aux fuel tank available for this model? I have a hard time getting

250 miles city/hwy driving out of a single tank of gas.

Geeezeeee. I think I appreciate the near 450 - 500 miles I get on my 26 gallon tank with my '05 Z71, although I don't do the heavy stuff that a 2500 does. Anyway, try this place out:

Transfer Flow is the only one I know of that makes a 'replacement' 45 gallon tank for the CCSB's, but it lists for almost a grand.$$$ (It's not an aux. tank)

I wish someone made an aux. tank that would sit over the spare tire like on my 85 Ford.

Biggest problem when comparing tank designs against the older 20 year old designed fuel delivery systems, is that the delivery is nothing like it was back then. Computer-controlled, EPA designed.............. Sometimes, I can truly say, "God, I miss my old truck".
