Anyone know what size blocks I would need ?

Hi, I have a 2004 Z71 Cred Cab and looking to get a little more height out of it, and a few people on here in the past talked about putting blocks in the back, my question is do these trucks have blocks in the back already? would I just measure the one on there now to see what size I would need to gain about an inch more in height? or am I looking at something else and these trucks do not have a block from the factory? thank you.
