I have attached 10 pictures to my website...click on the website below and go to the pictures section!

Right after Paul installed this system and I picked it up...gave it about 75% throttle and notice a moderate ping! I decided to turn on the ignition boost retard and let the computer re-adjust everything...but I was suprised it pinged like that with the water injection on too...yes it was running leaner with more exhaust flow scavenging!

After driving it a bit on the way home I started turning down the retard then completely off....no more pinging!

Hooked up the scanner and notice that my injector pulse went from 23ms to 25ms at WOT at 5200rpms...also notice that the MAF GS is up 10 points too....

I forgot to check my boost pressure...but will let you know if it changed any...it did seem lower (6 psi before)

Freeway crusie sound is a tad louder than with the dual 2.5" x 3.0" single system with the Flowmaster 70 muffler...but when you get on it....WOW!!!!!!!!! I have attached 10 pictures to my website...click on the website below and go to the pictures section!

It's about twice as loud as before but a much deeper sound...I've not heard a system like this before  Also the idle is a tad louder than before...around town driving it is louder...but when you get on it people LOOK!!! Cops too...well see about that one! ;)

Also noticed it will set off car alarms now....the quick....beep, beep, beep, beep! ;)

I'll have to get some sound bits of it!

Also the loud hush noise coming in at 4,000rpms is now gone....I get nothing but deep sound baby all the way to redline!!! Glad I went with the biggest Magnaflow 4" Diesel Muffler (30" body) as the shorter one would of been way to loud! PN# 12773 This is a stright threw like the borla mufflers.

Power feels up but I'll have to recheck it this weekend to be sure!

Paul at Ice Radiator and Muffler in Hemet said he could make up the dual 3" by single 4" Y-pipe for those of you interested as I could not find anyone on the internet who makes or sells them...send me an email from my webpage if you are interested!

Also Paul had to order a 4" x 5" reducter so as to install my SS polished tip which will be on next week.

So all it takes to get that low sound is dual exhaust? Are they easy to install? Do you need new headers?

Where can you find dual exhaust?

UPDATE: Sound file below...

Got a new capture device today as the old Belkin took a crap! Picked up Dazzle DVC 80 with MGI VideoWave-4 for $69...this is almost an 800K file but it sounds nice and clean....

I don't know why but all the exhaust and mufflers I have run have a slight tinny noise on full acell when the exhaust cools off...tone is solid after it warms up...anyone know why?

I will have my boy take a movie of me running through the gears soon!

For those of you who wanted to here what it sounds like stone cold...after warming up a bit it mellows out...it's always had this little raspy noise even with two other exhaust systems, one was a flowmaster 70....initial revs were to 3,000rpms partial throttle...few left reves were at 2,000rpms....also you are seeing water vapor out the exhaust when first started....cold here...looks like rain tonight!

Go to the movies section and picture of big exhaust tip!

Also here are some jpeg files of the 4" mandrel tailpipe with custom made 5" stainless steel tip.  Black painted section is not polished so I painted it with heat paint...any suggestions here?

UPDATE:

Could not get my boy to shoot one as he had to baby sit....so I grabed the camcorder and did an inside shot....I had the pass window down so you get a pretty good idea of the sound at WOT 1 and 2nd gear.

Run it up to 65-67mph for the g-tech then decellerated right after....so far best 0-60 so far!

I did up the water injection jet around 12GPH 60/40 mix I will install the 8psi pulley tonight...well see how it does...I'll have the scanner on there too to check timing, 02's and fuel trim settings, etc.

Run was at 2200 feet, level ground, no wind...looks like it going to rain...lots of clouds. Correct time is 5.49 seconds and this is running in 4WDHI...it would be a little faster if I could hook up in 2WD...will be adding lateral bars soon
