..in your truck on a daily basis. Tool/equip wise. Under my rear seat I have a 20 in toolbox stuffed with screwdrivers, light testers, duct tape, elec tape, gloves, rubber mallet, misc electric connectors, ,isc nuts and bolts, box cutter, wire stripper/crimper, zip ties, three contractor garbage bags, tire plug kit, metric and standard allen keys, torx set, and wd-40. On the other side of the seat I keep a blanket and an fleece. On the hump I keep my CD's I need more freakin space. Then I have a military tool bag with ratchet straps, cam straps, recovery/tow straps.

I'd like to get a socket set to keep on the truck but have no more room. Same goes for a first aid kit.

I carry a rubbermaid box under the rear seat with a quart of oil, a quart of trans fluid, a flashlight, my bungee net and a couple of tie-downs. I also have two small tool boxes with my hitch ball mount, 2" and 2 5/16" hitch balls, wrench to change them, hitch pins and a rubber mallet. Up front I have my CD's, garage opener, and sun shade (vital piece of equipment in AZ :D ). I also carry a roll of paper towels, a box of kleenex and a tube of wet-ones for my hands.

Right now I've got a nylon drawstring bag under the rear seat. It has my adjustable hitch ball mount (with hitchball mounted), tools for adjusting the hitch mount, small level, small first aid kit, wet wipes (originally put that in my truck for the kids, but it sure is handy for all of us ), and three of those 5 mile range handheld radios for when the wife gets the urge to look at other stuff in the mall while I'm checking out the important stuff (electronics stores, game stores, truck stuff at nearby auto stores, etc.). I'm planning to buy an under seat storage bin when I do my yearly mods around May.

In the center console I have my garage door opener remote, some paperwork for the truck (warranty info and stuff) and a couple CDs in cases. I have a pen in one of the pockets below the HVAC and I keep change in the ashtray. The glove box has the manual (as usual), 4 to 7 pin wiring adaptor for the hitch, mileage / maintenance logbook, registration / insurance cards, and a calculator (I never trust the DIC indicated average mpg readout, so I do the calculations manually. The DIC is normally off a bit, and it's usually on the high side. :)).

In the passenger side door pocket there's a diaper and a few McDonald's napkins while the driver's side pocket has my parking permit for work (uh, except for now, when I'm at work and it's in the windshield). The diaper is my wife's contribution btw, and it's for the 3 year old that we're still trying to get potty trained.

The truck has a few more things in it than I like to leave in them but marriage has a way of destroying our ideals where car care is concerned. At least it's nowhere near as bad as my wife's car. :D
