Avalanche Problems

Here's my list of problems, All curable with my dealer I hope:

 

-Whenever its at 50-65mph and it has todo a 3-2 Shift at full or close to full throttle to pass, it will "bounce" off the gear. Weird huh? when driving at say 55mph and I want to pass, I give her the full throttle and the engine revs to around 5300rpm, then bounces down to 4800rpm, before "catching the gear". Its almost like there is a spring in the tranny or a bog in the motor. Please go out and try to replicate this.......I checked the transmission oil level and had to add 1/2 a quart but still did it. Any ideas what the hell this could be?

 

Otherwise:

-the rear creaks over bumps when both locks are holding, a lil less with one, and none with them barely holding. Are they adjsutable?

 

-slight left pull

-airconditioner problem, a/c turns on and have to keep at 74 to be around 68

 

-Oil consumption, I noticed smoke recently not all the time, will try PCV fix
