Still stuck in 4x4

Still struck in 4 high, is there any way to get it in 2 high? I posted problem earlier . Wife needs it for . Surely there isa way to cross wires on harness connector.

Are you sure that it truly is in 4wd? Does it bind really bad in pavement turns...

 

Friend of mine has a 95 blazer with similar problem... the light for 4x4 is still on because the front differential actuators are still engaged, but she has a manual transfer case so the front axle isn't being driven.. still very driveable, but not preferred and i'm not sure if the push button lights are closely related to the indicator light on the manual transfer case... With the engine running, in park, jack the front up and see if the front axle is engaged.... it should spin if the transfer case is in 2wd...

 

Take out the front driveshaft until you can really comb through the problems when your wife isn't driving it to work...
