What exactly does this TBS # mean. Is this somthing that the dealer has to fix or are they just offering a solution to the problem. Im refuring to the TBS 1-08-66-014b for the cracked bedrails. Mine is cracked pretty bad and would like to get it fixed before I put my tool box back on.

TBS is a TV station...I think you're talking about TSBs

That TSB tells them how to repair the cracks and provides info on reinforcements to install.

TSB's do not imply any extension of the warranty. It's not a recall. Whether or not they take care of it for you depends on a lot of factors. Mileage, age, whether or not your dealer is willing, etc.
