Window regulator noise

Boys...I've been a posting fool lately but I've gotten alot of really sound advise from y'all.

 

With that being said...driverside window is starting to get noisy on my 02 Z71 (power window) Noisy both up and down.

 

What if anything can be done to save me from some serious $$$$ down the road. Can you get in the door panel to lube the track or motor. If so...how???

 

Anything else I should be looking at with regard to the window noise.

Is it the window regulator making noise? Or is it just the window squeaking and chirping while sliding up and down.

I guess I don't know? How can you tell? Is it very hard to remove the door panel to do some inspection?
