Overhead consol lights

I have the full overhead consol in my silverado, i dont have a sunroof, so it has all the compartments. I took it down bc i wanted to change the bulb in it to red. so i can have it on while im working. So i took it down and i cant figure out how to take the bulb out. anybody have any tricks?

I think it is a Hayes manual, have you tried the owners manual?

You access the bulb through the lens on the outside of the light. You can get with a knife or small screwdriver, you will see a notch on one side of the lens. You just pop it off. To place back on it just snaps in. See picture below.
