99 tahoe hesitates on acceleration

my 99 just had an alternator go out and a fuel pump relay i replaced them now the truck will start but it has very bad hesitation when the accelerator pedal is pushed quickly i can get it to get the rpms up by feathering the pedal but i can figure out why it keeps hesitating. the fuel pressure is good . i noticed if i play with the maf by disconnecting it and connecting it again sometimes it will work fine for a while then itll just start hesitating again and if i plug it back in or take it out it will work fine for a little bit so i repaced the maf but it did not solve the problem . i ran sea foam through it , cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the egr, replaced the pcv, brand new 02 sensors, ignition coil checks out good, so does tps, no check engine light, what could it be??
