With Headlight covers on my 03 silvy, will it reduce visibilty at all high or low beams? Smoked covers i would get, which i think are the blackish clear ones.

If it is a dark tinted cover and it covers your low beam and high beam area...then yes, you will have reduced output from both.

I have headlight covers on my 04 and yes, they definitely reduce your visability. I never drive around with them on at night anyway. If it is dusk or dark I just take them off. They simply clip on and off, takes litterally 2 seconds.

They're illegal in PA at night time... just another reason for the cops to pull you over!!!
