Emergency Light wiring

I'm picking up a 2005 Sierra 2500HD with the snowplow prep. It has a switch for wiring up an emergeny light on the roof but was wondering if there is wiring in the roof already for my light or do I have to run it from the switch to the roof myself?

Any help would be appreciated,

Oh boy, I can't help ya there. We don't do too many snowplow setups down here in South Florida.

if it has the snow plow prep pack on it then the wire will be under the headliner near i think the B pillar

Just pull the head liner down and the wire be laying there.

Ac-tual-ly on my 2005 extended cab the wire was taped up to the roof, above the headliner, right above the driver's head. The wiring pair is brown and blue if I remember correctly, and the tape patch is about 6" by 6" and they give you about 5 ft of wire after it branches off the harness.
