hestating when cold

I have a 1999 sil.5.3 and it just started to hestate when cold change fuel filter same thing ..

 

going to change the plugs next...

any thoughts

Same thing happened to me once and it turned out to be an oxygen sensor that had not set a code.

Could also be a dirty flapper in the throttle body (or what we call a throttle body).

Same problem here, it hesitates once in the morning when I apply the gas for the first time and only the first time. I've replaced O2 sensors and keep the throttle body clean, any other suggestions?
