2003 envoy headlight

my fiances 03 envoy has pretty crappy low beam headlight. the high beams are fine, but the low beams are adjusted too low (as in they hit the ground too close to the front of the truck).

 

i see nothing in the owners manual, and it wasnt real obvious when i looked at the headlight assembly. can these be adjusted?

if not, is there a better bulb to use?

Envoy's look a little different than Trailblazers, so I'm not sure everything is set up the exact same way, but all headlights are adjustable in some manner.

 

I seem to recall looking at an Envoy a while back for a headlight issue (not alignment) and seeing an adjustment screw right on top, at the back of the headlight, just on the other side of the core support. Look for an torx type head, white in color. That, I think, would probably be the up/down adjustment. Couldn't say where the side to side adjustment is.
