Blower motor problems

Hey people, I have lost all the speeds on my heater fan motor except high. Anyone have any ideas? I had the same problem on an older truck and it was a resistor on the motor itself, so has anyone had this problem? I have a 2k silverado

Sounds like resistors are gone in this one also.

Just had my 2000 Silverado done & it was the blower resistor but Im not sure where it is located.

Ok, I will see if I can find where it is.  I don't think it is the switch, I took that apart and cleaned it up, etc.

Ok, it was the resistor on the fan motor.  It was part # 153005077.  Run about $20, and takes 15 minutes to replace.  There is a big circuit board on the resistor, that seemed like mine had snapped off, but I couldn't find the piece that was broke off.  It must be floating around the shroud around the fan still.
