Height difference between a 2wd and a Z71

I was wondering what the height difference is between a 2wd and a Z71 (front and rear). What can I do or get to achieve making my 2wd the same height as a Z71?

to the best of my knowledge it's 3" front and 2" rear. this is only for the trucks with coils in the front. if you have the torsion bars in the front, it's 2" lower all the way around.

I have a '02 w/ 7" Procomp and 35"s and it sits maybe an inch or 2 over stock Z-71s and 4x4's the big difference is in the undercarraige. I believe there is more of a body lift on 4x4's. My frame is quite a bit higher then the 4x4's.
