1997 Z71 Wont Start

I have a 1997 5.7L k1500 that I recently took on a 5 hour trip with no issue. The truck has 95k miles and I recently replaced the plugs and wires with oe parts. After the trip I had gotten the P0300 message and thought it may have been due to bad gas that I had picked up so I cleared the code and put some dry gas in the tank and that appearred to clear it up. The next day I parked the truck for a couple days and now it wont start. I pulled #1 plug and it was wet so I know I am getting fuel, I also got a strong blue spark. When I crank the motor, it spins like normal but then sounds / feels like it is backfiring like the timing is out. Anyone have any ideas? When I parked the truck it was running fine. No codes are currently on the computer.
